Lynn Wheeler Producer 

Lynn Wheeler, holds a BA in Drama from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a BSED cum laude. She has directed and appeared in numerous stage productions in Colorado, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina and Pennsylvania, as well as choreographed for Tanglewood Children’s Theatre in Asheville. She has served as an acting coach at a local acting and development company and holds both a vocational educator's license and a Colorado Professional Teacher's license. Lynn performs with The Song Spinners of Colorado Springs and is an actress with a Colorado Springs improvisational company.

Cindy Saunders

Cindy Saunders, soprano, received a Bachelor of Voice performance degree from The Juilliard School and a Masters in Music Education from the Manhattan School of Music. She has taught music, voice and piano privately and in public schools for over twenty years in Colorado, including the last five years at the Da Vinci School, an Arts and Ideas School in District 20. While teaching and raising her three sons, she enjoyed performing in many venues including ten years of Opera evenings in Vail, and performing many art song recitals, most recently with the Classically Alive Series in Colorado Springs and with Ofer Ben-Amots at the Holocaust Memorial Commemoration Service at Colorado College. Above all, she loves to sing art songs which combine the written word and music in a chamber music partnership that is unique in its ability to express both the composer's vision and the poets passion. Working with young singers, she has tried to share this treasured art form with her students.

Jeanmarie Bonifield 

Jeanmarie Bonifield has been in drama and music since high school in Borger, Texas. She played the female lead in Plaza Suite and Hello Dolly! and went on in college to pursue a career in classical music. After a year with The National Opera Company out of Raleigh, North Carolina she found teaching to be the most satisfying career move. Jeanmarie has been a vocal coach and a choir director, and a theatre coach with youth theatre productions in Garland, Texas for 10 years. The recent years have found her accompanying and directing choirs and teaching music in the public school systems in Garland, Texas and Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Bill

William Lampley Artistic Consultant 

Bill was born in Savannah, Georgia and grew up in Western North Carolina. He graduated from the North Carolina Governor's School in drama, the North Carolina School of the Arts in acting, and attended film classes at LA Valley College. Bill also attended Harvard University, and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a BA in international economics. He then studied for 6 1/2 years at Beverly Hills Playhouse with Jeffrey Tambor, Milton Katselas, and Gloria Gifford. He replaced John Travolta as "Doody" in the first national touring company of Grease

Bill’s first film work included wrangling horses, pigs, dogs, handling live venomous rattlesnakes, and swimming with wild alligators on location in Florida's Everglades. He has appeared in numerous national television commercials, including the famous "Release the Hounds" American Express commercial with Jerry Seinfield. He is a writer, composer, producer, director and star of the original stage musical, Church of the Rowdy Brethren...and Sistren which debuted at the HBO Workspace in Hollywood, California. Additionally, he has performed professional opera in Die Fledermaus and Merry Widow with the Intimate Opera Company of Southern California. He is a cousin of sportscaster Jim Lampley. and started out in radio during high school as part-time Teen Radio DJ for small top 40 radio stations. He sold and produced radio commercials for local rock concerts.

Jaima Solie Stage Manager

Jaima has been involved with theater since she was a child, but she started stage managing in high school. She has been a member of the SOS Players, a touring acting troupe, and has stage managed several shows throughout high school and college. Some of her favorite shows to stage manage have been Wind in the Willows, The Weir, and Guys and Dolls. Holding a BA in Elementary Education, she now teaches at Eagleview Middle School's Arts Academy in Academy District 20 and helps with the school productions there.

Scott Anthony

Scott Anthony hails from Louisiana where he was involved in community theatre. He is a certified speech and drama teacher and a free-lance writer of books, movies, TV scripts and plays. He has appeared in Spotlight's "Under Jekyll's Hyde," and assisted as character development director in Beauty & The Beast Jr. and in scenes from the 2011 fall workshop. He is a professional juggler. His all time favorite role is Mortimer in "Arsenic and Old Lace" and he enjoyed four different characters in a production of "Stuart Little" at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center.



 

David Hamrick Sound Engineer
David is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver. He has studied sound engineering in school and has served as sound engineer for several Spotlight productions.

Amanda Duffey Production Assistant
A community theatre cannot run smoothly without a Girl Friday. Amanda’s attendance to a variety of details ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
